We Do Manufacture, Install and Undertake Repair Service and Annual Maintenance Contract of All Types of Over Head Cranes and EOT Cranes.
EOT crane is extensively used in the warehouse, workshop, and stock ground of pilining, unloading or relocating heavy load.[2] Generally speaking, the EOT crane is equipped with the mechanical means to realize the traveling not only in both directions but also can raise or lower the heavy load easily. But should pay attention to that EOT crane is forbidden to used in the explosive, combustible or corrosive environment, and the working temperature is approximately from -20℃ to 40℃.
As the name shown, single girder EOT crane has one main girder, which is easy to install and requires less maintenance. The most common single girder EOT cranes are as follows:
We Do Manufacture, Install and Undertake Repair Service and Annual Maintenance Contract of All Types of Over Head Cranes and HOT Cranes.
Overhead cranes are commonly used in the refinement of steel and other metals such as copper and aluminium. At every step of the manufacturing process, until it leaves a factory as a finished product, metal is handled by an overhead crane. Raw materials are poured into a furnace by crane, hot metal is then rolled to specific thickness and tempered or annealed, and then stored by an overhead crane for cooling, the finished coils are lifted and loaded onto trucks and trains by overhead crane, and the fabricator or stamper uses an overhead crane to handle the steel in his factory.
Almost all paper mills use bridge cranes for regular maintenance needing removal of heavy press rolls and other equipment. The bridge cranes are used in the initial construction of paper machines because they make it easier to install the heavy cast iron paper drying drums and other massive equipment, some weighing as much as 70 tons.
In many instances the cost of a bridge crane can be largely offset with savings from not renting mobile cranes in the construction of a facility that uses a lot of heavy process equipment.
Material Handling Systems
Material handling involves short-distance movement within the confines of a building or between a building and a transportation vehicle.[1] It uses a wide range of manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment and includes consideration of the protection, storage, and control of materials throughout their manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, consumption, and disposal.[2] Material handling can be used to create time and place utility through the handling, storage, and control of material, as distinct from manufacturing, which creates form utility by changing the shape, form, and makeup of material
